Now that we have narrowed the house plans down, your America's Home Place Building Consultant can help you choose the one plan that is just right for you and begin the customization process.
3) Customize Your House Plan
Now it’s time to personalize your new home. Need more storage space? Want a bedroom to be a little larger? Want to add a garage? Your America's Home Place Building Consultant can make adjustments to the plan and send it to estimating to determine the additional costs of making the changes before we proceed.
4) Don’t Forget The Stylish Touches
Hardwood floors, custom countertops, stacked stone fireplaces, all of those special touches that make your home uniquely yours can be added at this point.At America's Home Place, we can help you make your selections right here in the Building Center. 5) Building Cost Summary
When all of the final touches have been added and the site improvements have been estimated, your Building Consultant will give you the final cost to build your new home.
6) Sign The America's Home Place Building Agreement
After an agreement has been made with America's Home Place, you sign the contract and the building process begins.
7)Pre-Construction Planning
A FREE evaluation of your land in preparation for your custom home, determine site preparation costs and then, just prior to building your home, a meeting to cross the T’s and dot the I’s before we begin construction.
